Everything you need for a conference to a small presentation from 50 to 300 people with our range of fixed price packages.


Our friendly sales team will assist you with your booking and advise you of the full range of packages and services. Once your booking has been confirmed, one of our senior project technicians will contact you to discuss the technical aspects of your event.


On the day of your event, our technicians will arrive at the agreed time to assess the venue and to install the optimum design package for your event. Throughout the day, our technicians will provide full technical back-up support for all your audio visual requirements


After your event, our technicians will quickly dismantle and remove the equipment from the venue removing the need for you to stay on sight during this process.

 

The fixed fee package allows for travelling, installation and an event being completed within a 12 hour window. Additional hours and travel will be quoted at a very competitive and affordable rate. 

 


Package A – Full Conference – Up to 300 people   £1,995.00

All Package prices are subject to the following conditions:

The job is within 50 miles of our base in Bromsgrove. Any additional mileage is charged at 90p/mile

The technician must be able to complete his days work in 12 hours (inclusive of travel and set up)

Any extra equipment or labour can be supplied as a supplement to the package price
