Introducing:

“TICS” Touch Interactive Conferencing System™

Conferencing has now evolved and the TICS™ conferencing innovation is the leading edge in interactive conferencing and delegate engagement.

Each conference delegate table is equipped with a state of the art high definition 23” touch screen monitor and control module. The system is then programmed to support between one to ten delegates per table.

Presentation support slides and video media are then streamed to each monitor throughout the conference. With their 160 degree viewing angle the monitors ensure that each delegate has a clear visible display that will accommodate the most complex of sides, graphs or data often compromised by large screen projection.

The system incorporates an intelligent touchscreen interactive voting system with enhanced graphic design options and personalised background facilities. This allows each delegate to vote individually using the touch screen monitor. The feedback is collated on the TICS™ central control system and the results are displayed using clear graphics on each table monitor.

Each screen has a maximum height of 450mm which will allow an unrestricted view of presenters when used in conjunction with standard height conferencing tables and banqueting chairs.

The TICS™ system can also accommodate multiple streaming so a choice of presentations can be forwarded to different sectors of the room. This is particularly useful in situations where the delegates are made up from different sectors or regions of the business. The presenter is therefore given the option to stream different data to individual sectors or regional representatives within the conference environment.

If used for multilingual events in conjunction with our simultaneous interpretation service, the TICS™ system can stream multiple translated slides to different monitor stations throughout the room.

The system is particularly useful in situations where venues have restricted viewing angles or low ceilings which would compromise traditional large screen projection conferences. The TICS™ system can easily accommodate presentation in the round or semi round and as there is no requirement for projection distance, there is more room to accommodate delegates. In summary the TICS™ system can render previously unusable venues useable and with expanding delegate numbers the system could offer the perfect conference solution.
